It is absolitely safe to say I feel like Hammered Dog shit. I got my training in this morning at about 0530. Went very well. However.....
..And now for the rest of the story......
Had my RFA today. Not sure what it stands for but in a nutshell the Docs burned out some sour nerves that were being pesky in my Lower back. Bad news is it's temporary. No way in hell i'm getting this done again unless i'm out. Everything from my hips down feels FUCKED..SORE. Best description is that I tried to do Max Good Mornings for singles ALL DAY. It doesn't help that I squatted yesterday so my legs feel extra special.
Anyway enough of this Panty-waist Bullshit. Ill be fine. It's life. Shit Happens. This week may be iffy But next week Ill be back to Training. This week may be "Fun" work. Cables, Dips, Chins, Curls for the Girls..We'll see. For those that folow this Blog. Thank you. I do this for me first, but its cool that someone (all 5 of you ) care enough to read each week.
On the up and up..Dark Knight comes out tomorrow on DVD. How fucking cool is that. And I have quarters for three days AND!!! Tomorrow night is Carbnite. IT IS ON SON.
