Shitty, shitty, shitty day. Didn't wear my Belt yesterday morning and felt my back round a little bit. Being inspired as of late by guys who lifted in the 70's I shirked the belt. Bad idea. Combined with the fact I had my back thing last week. Not wise. I walked away feeling worse. No training today, went XMAS shopping for the little one. Gonna pick it up tomorrow. Start leave next week and that- as Ron Burgundy would say- "The Balls".
