AB Routine.


Good training today. Felt a little stiff wit hthe chins. Only did one set. Bench felt great. Tweaked the setup a little bit. Worked great. Overall feel pretty good. Back still feels stiff. Not too bad. Boxing tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.
