5 trips, 25 meters up and back.


Decent day today. Back felt OK  just kinda weak. No knee issue today- probably from walkin to the gym it was warmed up properly.Nothing spectacular to report.

Today was an extremely dark and shitty day. 20 Children killed in Connecticut by some Psycho. my thoughts are definately with the families of the victims. Love the one you're with.....
