Recoup.

Greetings. I feel 110 % better today. Whatever nastiness was clinging to me this past week finally peaked yesterday and I think left me today. Had a massive protein shake for breakfast this morning- felt kinda iffy. Was literally starving by Lunch. Came home and murdered half of my wife's Chicken sandwich from Dominoes and followed that up with a huge Island marinated chicken breast and some white rice. Slathered it in Sriracha sauce and sealed the deal.

Not sure if I want to pull the trigger on Kiefer's Carb-Backloading program yet. It seems 100% opposite of everything I've learned up to this point that IS working. Not saying he's full of shit by any means it seems that it has best results on Big guys who train in the evening. We shall see. No training today. Eating and Hydrating. And in case no one is paying attention-
