Not sure if I want to pull the trigger on Kiefer's Carb-Backloading program yet. It seems 100% opposite of everything I've learned up to this point that IS working. Not saying he's full of shit by any means it seems that it has best results on Big guys who train in the evening. We shall see. No training today. Eating and Hydrating.
