Good Training today. Felt tired as shit by the time I hit the Gym. Did a set of Push ups and teh ABZ circuit BEFORE I hit the bench. Thought I would've regretted that but I actually felt warmed up for the set. Bench went well, Form is tight. Working on "setting" before liftoff. Grip-eyes on bar- feet planted-arch the back. LIFT. The setup takes longer than the actual lift.
'teh ABZ' circuit is legit. Definitely going to stick with it. Throw it in every other day. Add more sets. Overall good day but I'm going to try for more rest tonight. Good Night and good luck.
