Solid day. Backed off on the intensity a bit. I did some ridiculously light bench today. From what I gathered when you deload you're supposed to get your weights in and THATS' IT. I understand this but if I ever get to the day where a couple of sets of chins, push ups and ab work fuck up my deload? Ill quit this altogether. Not trying to sound like a badass but that's just how it is. I will however keep it bodyweight this week, no curls, good mornings or anything else.
The Basketball courts are closed til Dec so no Heavy bag work. That's a bummer. I dont fight competitively anymore but I love training on the bag. That and the speed bag Excellent conditioning tools. Since that's the case tomorrow I'm gonna get some time in on the rowing machine, Knockout some Dips and some jumprope. We'll see how it goes.
