I almost didn't even post this it was so pathetic. Iv'e basically felt like HOT GARBAGE all fucking week. I inherited my daughters Flu and I am fairly sure it climaxed all over my session today. I finished the good mornings POURING goddamn sweat. I took Wendler's advice and called it a fucking day. I got my weights in, damn near died during the good mornings...Fuck it. Live to fight another day.
