Training for SAT. Press.

Conducted training a bit different Sat. Morning. Lately the Press has been handing me my ass. Every Saturday for like the last month. I took a different approach to this yesterday. Instead of doing the prescribed three sets, I started w 135 and did sets of 5 until motherfucking failure..Every set I added 5 lbs. It went like this.

80lbs 5 X 10

Curls.

85lbs 5 X 10


Overall positive day. My Press session wasn't 531..I'm sure it wasn't anything programming wise but I needed to move this damn thing forward and I did. I did three sets of empty bar warm ups that def helped. No conditioning today. Usually Saturday's are free for all days Curls, calves whatever- shoot hoops. Low stress. De loading next week...Deloading off of ridiculously light weights but I'm sticking with it. Til next time. Stay thirsty.
