Another good training day! Def got a little cocky with my numbers this week and the King of Kings Mr Squat humbled my ass. I still chalk it up as a W' for the day. Ive been dropping carbs like its out of style so a drop in strength is expected. I was definately hoping to be north of 350 today but not so much. We'll get there. Gonna program some numbers tomorrow night and lay it out for the upcoming month and see what we can do. Until then...
