Training (For Friday Nov 2nd)

Squats.

160 X 3

180 X 3

205 X 15.

Box Squats.

205 X 10 ( Five sets)

Chins.

5 X 5

Pushups.

4 X 25.

Farmers Walk.

5 trips.



Solid training day. Despite the extreme "lightness" of the squats I concentrated on form big time. Tightness from the bottom. Keeping my eyes focused etc. Box squats were no shit. First time I ever tried them. Definitely different from normal squats. Dave Tate made a remark that Box squats show you how to "sit back" properly during the squat and he was dead on the money. These are definitely going to be a staple in training from now on.

 Still laying back on Dips and chins. Going to spread them out more during the week example:

Chins- Mon &Fri

Dips- Tues & Thurs.

We'll see how that goes. Farmers walks smoked me yesterday. No straps today. Only got 5 trips. I'm almost 100% positive its due to the inclusion of box squats. Legs were trashed. Good day.

Up note diet was much better today. Even went out for Thai food last night with friends and didn't come home a bloated mess. Kept it real with Som tum, chicken skewers, and Spicy Lemon sauce Calmari and crab. I dont know the caloric content but I skimped on the white rice. Ate the whole damn thing and wasnt even close to full. Also had a (singular) Dos Equis Amber. Good times.
