C2 Rower.

30 min resistance set at '8'.

Dips.

5 X 10


That's it for today, short and to the point. I seperated the dips into sets of 10. Seems to work better on my elbows. Back felt iffy today but not too bad on the rower. Not a big fan of machines for conditioning buit If i have to pick it'll be that one. And besides the machine is outside and it was nice. C'mon I live in Hawaii for fucks sake.
